Johnnie Lee Wricks Jr., 65, passed away Wednesday, June 13th, 2018 in Ascension All Saints Hospital. He was born April 3rd, 1953 in Mississippi, the son of Johnnie Lee and Leola (NEE: Parnell) Wricks. Johnnie worked as a Janitor at Jerome I. Case High School. He loved to spend time with family, listen to music by Charlie Wilson, and watch basketball, football, and the Chicago Cubs. He also enjoyed fixing cars because he liked the challenge. Johnnie loved peppermint candy and always kept a stash on hand. He will deeply missed by his three sisters Bertha Wricks, Lisa Wricks, Linda (George) Jackson, and one brother Rodriquez Wricks. Johnnie will also be missed by his eight children Quintin, Johnathan, Dexter, Gabriell, Ciria, Kaylin, Kyle, and Johneita, along with four grandchildren Serenity, Lil Kyle, Ethan, and Imain. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Johnnie and Leola Wricks, two brothers Sylvester and Wille Wricks and one sister Joyce Flowers, and one son Little Johnnie. Memorial Service to be determined.
