Gary Lee George, 75, of Sturtevant, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 11, 1944, son of Walter Gordon Richardson and Shirley Patricia Luckey. Gary married Jenny Lou Carroll on January 29, 1966 at the First Church of God, in Racine. Gary was an avid hunter and fisher; he loved the outdoors. He enjoyed watching and playing sports. He worked as a painter at BRP and a union painter for Milwaukee. Gary truly had a heart of gold. He was very family oriented, and cherished his family and the time they spent together. Gary will be deeply missed by his wife and best friend Jenny George, and daughter Bobbi Jo (George) Klein. He will be dearly missed by his brothers Bruce, Dennis, and Wally, and his sister Naomi, and close cousin Lance. He will also be missed by his loving caregivers: Son-in-Law Troy Henthron and Brother-in-Law Lenny Carroll. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, brother Mark, sister Terry, and cousin Jay. A celebration of life will held at a later date in time.
