Erica Yahaira Lopez, 36, of Racine passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 in Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Hospital. She was born in Chicago IL. May 19, 1980 the daughter of Beatriz Ortega. A convience store cashier, Erica enjoyed life, dancing and “Getting Sexy” by getting her nails done. She will be deeply missed by her husband Jesus Lopez, 4 children German Medrano, Esgardo Medrano, Elvis Lopez and Brandon Lopez along with 3 brothers Cesar Octavio Ortega, Gabriel (Nayely) Cisneros and Ramiro Cisneros. Erica is also survived by other nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased in death by her mother Beatriz. A funeral service will be held Friday April 28, 2017 at 12 pm in Emmaus Lutheran Church (1925 Summit Ave.) Pastor Gabriel officiating. The family will receive guests on Friday April 28, 2017 in the church from 10 am until the time of service. Burial will be private for the family.
