Alice Ann Martz, 83, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in Ascension All Saints Hospital. Alice was born on July 12, 1935 in Tennessee, the daughter of Lee Alexander Faught and Duffie May Earwood. Alice was married to the late Arnold William Martz, who passed away in June of 2002. Alice worked as a photographer at Sear’s for many years and owned her own bakery. Alice enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and loved going out to dinner with her family. She liked to spend her free-time baking and going shopping. Alice will be deeply missed by her sons Steve (Peijuanqin) Jones and Billy Martz, as well as grandchildren Jeremy Jones, Joshua Jones, Scott (Heather) Martz Jr., Bobby (Melissa Savino) Martz, Ashley (Charles Gerado) Martz, Lisa (Rick) Martz-Iniguez, Shelley (Al) Delmarter, Hollie (Wayne) Baumeister, and Lindsey (Steve) Hansen, as well as daughter-in-law Cynthia Martz and daughter-in-law Pam (David) Allen. She will be missed by great-grandchildren Jordan, Logan, Hailey, Braily, Laylin, Jaylynn, Trishelle, Braylen, Kamden, Zachary, Kaelyn, Zariah, Aizaah, Grace, Hannah, and Levi. Alice is survived by her best friend and side kick Ruth, and special family member Lacy Martz. Alice is survived by siblings Bill, Diane, Roy, Aubrey, and Stanley. Alice is preceded in death by her loving husband Arnold Martz, son Scott Martz, great-grandchildren Baby Austyn Iniguez and Baby Jayden Martz, as well as many of her siblings. Funeral services for Alice will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 at Strouf Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive guests on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring Street).
